Abstract:	We suggested a new infared mechanism of dimensional transmutation that is omiteed in the conventional approach and leads effectively to the stochastization of the Faddeev-Popov functional. We have proved possiblilities of such a stochastization in the Abelian version of the collective excitation and showed that the quantization of infrared fields leads to one of the versions of the confinement propagator.
